MAMAHOOD BIG/LITTLE PROGRAM

An invitation for first-time moms with babies under 1

Motherhood is a beautiful, transformative journey — but let’s be real, it can also be overwhelming. At Mamahood, we’ve built an amazing community where support comes first. While our weekly meetups are a space to connect and uplift, we also know that as new moms, questions and concerns are constant.

That’s why we’re launching the Mamahood Big/Little Program — a mentorship initiative designed to foster one-on-one connections between moms. Each Little (a newer mom) will be thoughtfully paired with a Big (a mom a little further along in her journey).

Your Big isn’t there to tell you what to do — she’s there to listen, support, and share guidance when you need it. Whether it’s late-night feeding struggles, daycare decisions, or just needing reassurance that you’re doing an amazing job, your Big is your go-to person.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. Through the Big/Little Program, we’re strengthening our village — one connection at a time.

  • At Mamahood, we are all about building authentic connections and lasting friendships. To begin building a connection with your Big, we encourage you to start out by meeting up in person. From there, we invite you to continue to build the relationship through texts, coffee dates, stroller walks, playdates — whatever you want! The most important thing is that you get to know each other in a meaningful way.

  • Motherhood is busy — we get it! We recommend meeting up with your Big about once a month if possible, to build ongoing connection.

  • We will do our best to take into account your location and your schedule (for example: pairing moms with or without daytime availability). Regardless of who you’re matched with, we know that the Mamahood community brings together moms who are eager to connect on a deeper level, and that will create a beautiful foundation for your pairing.

  • You know we’re all about building lasting connections here! The way we see it, once you’re someone’s Little, you’re always their Little. We also invite you to become a Big yourself once your baby turns one!

  • While Mamahood serves the greater Cleveland area, our community is primarily rooted on the east and west sides (Heights & Lakewood areas). If you are outside these regions, you are still welcome to request to participate, just please know that we may have a lower probability of finding a match for you.

  • Our Spring Enrollment period is now open through March 20th, 2026. We will do our best to pair you, based on availability of Bigs. We’ll reach out to introduce our Spring matches on April 1st!
