For our Mamahood Questions + Connections series, we're partnering with some incredibly knowledgable experts to help you set up yourself, your partner, and your little one for success in all realms through your early years as parents.

Come join us for some coffee + advice on Saturday, February 17th! We'll be joined by Dr. Mike Perisa of Zest Pediatrics to talk about navigating sick season with your little ones.

We'll talk through:

• what symptoms are true cause for concern, and what you can manage at home

• what supplies to have on hand

• how to manage symptoms and offer comfort to babies & toddlers when they're sick

• how to approach feeding and sleep when they're sick

• and whatever other questions you have!

This will not be a lecture, but - true to Mamahood form - an open, casual, judgment-free conversation. You'll have the chance to ask questions, get actionable tips, AND connect with other new parents who are going through similar experiences.

This event is free and open to all new (and expecting!) parents. You are welcome to bring your partner and your little one, if you'd like! We'll have a small playmat out for the babies.
