Real talk: New mom life is… a lot. The overthinking, the mom guilt, the overwhelm - we’re all grappling with these in some way, and we know it can feel tough to navigate.
Which is why we’re teaming up with mental health therapist & life coach Stephani Worley for a chance to get out in nature, slow down, and connect more deeply with yourself and fellow mamas.
Join us for a beautiful September morning at Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation. We’ll start with a gentle hike, then invite you to grab a blanket, a snack, and a journal as we set aside some time for guided reflection. Stephani will share some tools for navigating anxiety & overwhelm through that first year postpartum, and you’ll have a chance to ask questions or share what’s coming up for you in a super comfortable space.
We'll meet at the CanalWay Center (map) at 9am.
Feel free to come with your baby, or just you! If you bring your little one, we recommend babywearing for the walk. If you prefer a stroller, we recommend a jogging stroller.
